This international commentary on the UPC Agreement and the Rules of Procedure takes into account the views of renowned authors from a range of influential European patent jurisdictions, including France, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the Nordics. In addition to reflecting recent UPC case law, the Commentary provides the context and origin of the provisions, including by reference to national practice and case law.
