Dr Athina Theodoridis advises and represents clients in Germany and abroad in all areas of intellectual property law. She specialises in patent and trademark law as well as competition law, particularly in the field of life sciences. Dr Athina Theodoridis acts as a consultant and litigator in these areas. The spectrum of Dr Athina Theodoridis’ work ranges from the development of legal strategies for securing and enforcing intellectual property rights to their monitoring and enforcement.
Even before joining Preu Bohlig, Dr Athina Theodoridis concentrated on the fields of life science and intellectual property. During her doctorate, she worked at the Institute for German, European and International Medical Law, Health Law and Bioethics (IMGB). As part of her legal clerkship, she subsequently worked in the medical device liability team of an international commercial law firm and at the European Patent Office in Munich.
