Astrid Gérard specialises in advising and litigating on all aspects of trademark law, design law, unfair competition law, copyright law, and marketing related issues. This includes litigation before the German courts and EU courts, proceedings before the Federal Patent Court and the Office of the European Union for Intellectual Property, as well as administrative domain name proceedings. Astrid Gérard also has extensive experience in managing trademark and design portfolios and drafting commercial IP agreements. She handles trademark clearing projects and clears and protects designs for products.

Astrid Gérard is a regular speaker on Trademark and Unfair Competition and an active member of different INTA Committees in the past and present.
