Ulrich Schenk advises and represents clients in Germany and abroad on all matters relating to intellectual property law and unfair competition law, with a particular focus on trade secret law, patent law and utility model law.
Ulrich Schenk studied law at the University of Regensburg and subsequently completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Regensburg. After briefly practicing law in the field of general civil law, he completed the postgraduate master’s program in “European and International Business Law” at LMU Munich, focusing on international civil law, IP law, and IT law.
Starting in March 2025, Ulrich Schenk worked as a research assistant for Preu Bohlig in Munich; since March 2026, he has been practicing as an attorney in the Munich office.
