Tom Dettmer advises and represents national and international clients in all matters of intellectual property and copyright law.
Tom Dettmer first studied business law (LL.B.) before completing his law degree at the University of Potsdam, specialising in business and media law. Throughout his studies, before and during his legal clerkship, he worked as a research assistant in a boutique law firm specialized in soft-IP. During his legal clerkship, Tom Dettmer worked in two internationally operating law firms in the field of intellectual property and copyright law in Berlin and Cologne.
Since September 2024 Tom Dettmer is working in the Berlin office of Preu Bohlig & Partner.
