Stephan Dittrich provides comprehensive advice on commercial and corporate law, as well as litigation. Thanks in part to his in-house experience, he is the first point of contact for entrepreneurs and companies on all matters relating to corporate law.
His advice covers all stages of a company’s life cycle, from incorporation through growth and expansion or during crises, right through to exit or business succession, on an ongoing or case-by-case basis.
His practice focuses on start-ups, the design of (tax-optimised) corporate structures, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. He also advises and represents his clients both in and out of court, as well as before (arbitration) tribunals, in disputes with and between shareholders, directors and managers, as well as in joint venture disputes or commercial litigation.
His experience includes, amongst other things, numerous complex, cross-border M&A transactions and the establishment of joint ventures in the pharmaceutical, tech & comms and automotive sectors, through to corporate restructuring and large-scale international transactions in the infrastructure sector, as well as out-of-court disputes involving joint ventures with shared intellectual property, litigation concerning the breach of sensitive trade secrets, and legal representation in commercial disputes within the renewable energy sector.
Stephan Dittrich is also a sports referee for the Baden Football Association and the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg.
