Milena Schwerdtfeger advises and represents national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property law. The focus is on patent, trademark and competition law. The spectrum of her practice ranges from the development of legal strategies for securing IP rights to monitoring and enforcing these rights both judicially and extrajudicially, with a specialization on enforcing IP rights and addressing product piracy.
Already during her legal studies and clerkship she focused on the field of intellectual property law, in particular she spent the practical part of her legal clerkship at IP law firms. Milena Schwerdtfeger has been working for Preu Bohlig’s Munich office since 2019.
