Maximilian Martini

Maximilian Martini advises national and international clients on the enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights. A particular focus of his practice lies on patent and technology disputes as well as the legal support of innovation-driven products and business models.

Maximilian has particular experience in preliminary injunction proceedings and the swift enforcement of intellectual property rights, especially in connection with customs seizures and measures against trade fair appearances.

He also advises on unfair competition matters, in particular technology-related advertising claims and unfair imitation, as well as design and copyright law. In addition, he has been involved in more than 50 national and international corporate transactions with an IP-related focus.

The technologies Maximilian has advised on include consumer and household electronics, semiconductors, LEDs, industrial equipment, catalysts, network communication, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

His work has been recognized by Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers (“Ones to Watch in Germany” since 2024), IAM Patent 1000 (“Next Generation” since 2025) and Managing IP (“Rising Star” since 2025).
