Christine Schrempp advises and represents national and international clients comprehensively in all areas of intellectual property law. One focus of her work is litigation, in particular patent infringement disputes before German civil courts and proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Christine has extensive experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in litigation and in coordinating parallel proceedings in different jurisdictions.
Her legal training in Germany and the USA shapes her international orientation and qualifies her particularly for complex, cross-border proceedings. Before joining Preu Bohlig, she gained extensive experience in internationally oriented IP law firms.
